Today we are going to have a look at an ordinary scam that brings nothing new to this industry. But it is so heavily promoted with mass spam that it is worth warning about. It is called Interstellar Profits.
The story behind Interstellar Profits is really ordinary. Some guys made a piece of binary options trading software that will make you tons of money. This of course is a big lie. They try to convince you with some usual lies.
For example you are told that it is available only in 9 countries. We tried to join through different proxy servers all around the world and it was always possible. Another lie they tell you is that there is only a limited time to join. Well, try to reload the page or have a look at it another day and you will see all the counters reset.
Interstellar Profits just want you to feel special about this opportunity. The scam goes one with their verified data and feeds. They are just pure fiction, no real data are behind them.
We could go on and on and reveal a lot of lies they tell, but just have a look at the images below. They prove that they faked the testimonials, the people who supposedly made money with them don’t exist, they have just stolen photos from different web sites, or maybe they bought them, in any case they are not real. Just a few examples.
So what is the point of Interstellar Profits? The usual one. They want you to join brokers (currently EZTrader and RBOptions) through their affiliate links and deposit money. When you do that, they will earn commissions and that’s it. If you then trade with their software, you will lose everything on your binary options trading account. Simple as that.
If you still don’t believe it is a scam, have a look back the bottom of their page. They admit things like:
“In some cases actors have been used. This is a new system and there are no typical results. This product does not guarantee income or success, and examples of the product owner’s and other person’s results do not represent an indication of future success or earnings“
or
“Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results don’t represent actual trading. And since the trades haven’t been executed the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they’re designed with the benefit of hindsight.”
So Interstellar officially admit that they used paid actors and that they are showing simulated results. Do you need anything else to call it a scam?
